Buongiorno, le mie due telecamere sistematicamente ogni notte alle 1,30 mi dice Qualcuno ha ostruito la telecamera. Sapete perché di questo messaggio. E non registra fino alle 7,00 del mattino. Grazie

Si c'è la micro sd. Ma non registra niente quando dice manomissione telecamera. Sembra di aver risolto ho pulito la telecamera. Ed ho attivato rilevamento movimento. Invece prima avevo solo rilevamento persone. Questa notte ha registrato. Dopo l'una di notte. Non lo so. Era quello boh. Saluti

Please confirm the following information for the reported case.
1. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service or inserted an SD card into the camera to store video recordings?
2. When you receive a notification that the camera is tampered with, can you find the corresponding video clip? If so, can you share the video with us?
3. On the Tapo app>Smart Action>Automation page, please check if you have added an entry to enable/disable the camera's privacy mode at a specific time.
