Camera wont connect whilst away
I recently purchased the TP C100 to keep an eye on my cats whilst I'm away and it set up fine and worked perfectly but now I am away away it's not connecting.

If the problem remains, please check:
1. What's the LED status and color on the camera?
2. The test results of the above instructions.
3. You can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with a different phone to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can control the camera remotely.
