tapo pan tilt camera
Hi is there is a solution for this "Camera pan tilt has reached the maximum extent in this direction. Please drag to another direction" problem??????????

Hi,
Take the Tapo C211 V2 as an example, you can find it supports 340° Pan Mechanical Range and 70° Tilt Mechanical Range, and you can find the information on the official website>camera's specification page. It's normal to see the reported message if the camera pans/tilts to the maximum extent in the corresponding direction.
Under what circumstances did you see this prompt and think that the camera was not working properly?

@Solla-topee In 340° i can only view and move to 60° or less then 60°. I saw alot of complain about this issue "Camera pan tilt has reached the maximum extent in this direction. Please drag to another direction" and yet no solution until now?????

We need to confirm the phenomenon of your problem to provide corresponding suggestions.
1) On the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Pan & Tilt page, please tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button and check if the camera will pan 340° and tilt 70°. It would be appreciated if you could share a video about the camera after you tap the Pan & Tilt Correction.
2) For example, if you can only pan 60° in a direction, how many degrees can you pan in the opposite direction? It would be appreciated if you could share a video of the camera's live view page when you use the Pan & Tilt feature.
