I'm trying to link (UK.) my camera to the WiFi. I've booted the router, camera, reset, and everything else I can think of several times but it refuses to connect. I'm with Virgin and it appears they don't like using the 2.5hz network. They say it's the camera. Any ideas anyone?  Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Our Tapo Wi-Fi cameras support the 2.4G Wi-Fi only and do not support the 5G Wi-Fi network.
If you fail to connect the camera to the router's Wi-Fi, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The model number of the camera.
2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
3. The troubleshooting you did.
