Hello good day, I bought this camera 2 years ago in AMAZON here in Japan, I was surprise yesterday while I'm viewing on my phone it hanged up and I got disconnected, its showing on my phone offline status.

I tried to reset it many times but not working. Plug and unplug the power cord still not working. Its showing 4 LED's Solid RED.

Anyone can help me fixed this. thank you.
