Tapo C220 Auto Tracking often didn't return to default position after 30 sec.
Tapo C220 Auto Tracking often didn't return to default position after 30 sec. of no movement.
By the way, I did't see where to set the default position.
We can assume that the position before the movement was automatic set as the default position.

Hi,
In this case, please send me(@Solla-topee) the "Forum ID 695254+camera's MAC address" via a private message, and we can push new firmware to the camera for a try.
Before the Upgrade:
(1) Please be sure you have read the Beta Test Agreement before upgrading the Pre-release firmware!
(2) How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo AppBest Regards
Hi please could you see if you can correct my camera. Mac D8-44-89-4C-CD-FB. Forum id 695254.
Camera returns to centre rather than default position selected after motion detection.
I have checked firmware is updated.
Thanks

Hi,
1. It's recommended to remove the MAC address from the post. You can send it to me via private message if needed.
2. This is the first time we received feedback about the Tapo C200, if it returns to the center every time after tracking motion, do you enable the motion tracking feature when the camera is in the center position?
Typically, the camera will wait for 30 seconds after tracking motion and return to the position where you enable the motion tracking feature if there is no motion.
Best Regards
