Hi,

I am trying to create camera accounts for my two TC82s but the option just isn't there? I've done ths before with my TAPO cameras with no issue but I wonder if its something particular about these cameras. Maybe I will have to figure out a workaround.

Hi,
The Tapo battery cameras do not support establishing the RTSP/ONVIF connection. If you need to establish the RTSP/ONVIF connection, it's suggested to return the TC82 and buy the cameras powered by the power adapter directly, such as the cameras on this page.
