Yesterday
Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I recently tried to reset the camera using the physical reset button.

After reset was succesful, I attempted to reconnect the camera to the wifi but it seems to be stuck in local control.

The indicator LED flashes alternating red/green and when I try to connect to wifi (following the app instructions) the app tells me to reset the camera again using the reset button. After a further reset, the LED flashes red on/off and then red/green. After following the instructions to connect to the wifi again, the app tells me (again) to reset the camera - entering an eternal loop.

I have tried:
Rebooting the router

Recyling the power to the camera

Recyling the wifi on my phone

Regards

Hi,
The Tapo C320WS can also connect to the router via an ethernet cable. In this situation, it's suggested to connect the camera to the router by a cable, then try to set it up and check if the camera will work.
If yes, you can try to factory reset the camera when it's online or remove it from the Tapo app, then try to reconfigure it to connect to the router's Wi-Fi.
Best Regards
