Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11 Build 231115 Rel.85532N(4555)

I want to turn the alarm off for Away mode. But when I go to away mode settings and select Alarm, I see a blank screen.

 

I tried turning off the alarm on each camera on camera settings instead. But Away mode settings take precendence so it doesn't work either.

 

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and didn't work. I tried rebooting the cameras, didn't work.

 

On another phone it's set to no alarm on away mode, but on that one too the setting shows a blank screen. So this is a bug in the software.

 

Tapo version 3.7.105 for iOS

Phones: iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro

Please try to update the Tapo app version(the latest one is 3.7.106) and check if it helps.

  @Solla-topee since tplink doesn't provide a way to upload videos here that I can see, I uploaded it somewhere else, which will get deleted in a week.

Hi，

Thank you for sharing the video.
If the Alarm page is normal in the Away mode on another phone, the problem may not be on the camera's firmware. 
If you have not tried to uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it on your iPhone, please have a try. And you can reboot your iPhone for a try.

  @Solla-topee as explained in my initial message, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't change anything. Forgot to mention but sure, I've tried rebooting both phones as well, didn't change anything.
