Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

While using TAPO app in my iOS, I lost some camera in my device list. This happened not by me, but someone else.

How can I recover my videos of these deleted cameras? They were registered in Tapo Care too.

Hi,

1. Typically, we suggest you protect your TP-Link account properly and don't share it with another person in case they change your camera settings.

2. If the video clips stored on our cloud server have been deleted, it's unable to recover them.

3. If the video clips stored on our cloud server have not been deleted, please go to the Tapo app > Cameras > Cloud Activity page, tap the Filter icon at the top right corner > Select your camera > click on Apply, then select the date, and then you can watch or download the camera's video clips.
