C520WS Keeps Disconnecting
For some time now I have noticed that my Tapo C520WS camera keeps disconnecting from my wifi network and doesn't reconnect back on its own while other tapo cameras are well connected on the same wifi network. I have to restart the camera evey time to reconnect it back to the wifi network. But found no solution so far.

@AlinBoy now there is no solution for this
You have to use it as a wired camera now use the RJ45 jack

@Sourav555000 Oh I can't do that, the camera is outside and high! The support needs to investigate faster the problem and bring a solution's to fix it! But they are very slow to pushing updates out! They need it discover it some how the issues or they need it some improvement beta or more easy way to rapport the issues, and faster fixing the issues! I ask them for long time by mails bring more features too or options for some cameras, but still they did not take out!

Hi,
1. The reasons for the offline phenomenon may vary. We recommend that you try some troubleshooting steps and provide more detailed information to identify the reported phenomenon.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?
Please confirm the following information if the phenomenon persists.
a. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
b. How often does the issue occur?
c. Go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check its RSSI value when it's working.
d. What's the model number of your router?
e. You can enable the Auto Reboot feature on the camera's Device Settings > Reboot Camera page to see if it helps.
2. Usually, if the Tapo camera is online and can be controlled remotely in the Tapo app, you can remove it from the Tapo app to factory reset it.
3. If you have some feature requests for the Tapo cameras, we suggest starting a new thread here to post your feature requests and usage scenarios for evaluation.
Best Regards
