I have my Hikvision NVR connecting with two Tapo C200 and a TC420 without any problem. Tried to add C210 but it doesn't connect. I bought 2 and both doesn't work.

But they are all working well with the Tapo App.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The test results of the above instructions.
2. What's the hardware and firmware version of your Tapo C210?
3. What error message appears when failing to connect the C210 to the NVR?
