My Tapo H200 and connected doorbell D230S1 have always worked fine but I recently recharged the battery on the doorbell and now the hub won't connect to the router.

 

I've tried factory reset, checked the Local Network permission, ethernet connection, VPN's all disconnected, and even completely removed the device and tried to reinstall it. 

 

But it's unable to find the Tapo device.

 

Any ideas?

Please clarify whether the problem is a failure to configure the H200 hub or a failure to configure the D230 doorbell?

For D230: What can I do if the battery-powered cameras fail to pair with the Tapo H200?​​​​​​​
