Tapo C500 ONVIF-PTZ issue after firmware upgrade to 1.3.1
Hi all,
Recently, one of my three Tapo C500 cameras received an OTA update to firmware version 1.3.1.
Since then, the ONVIF PTZ functionality has stopped working on my NVR.
The other two cameras, which did not receive this update, are working fine on firmware version 1.1.4.
Could you please look into restoring this functionality, or let me know if a fix is on the way?

I'm having the same issue since the release of v1.3.1 using the NVMS Lite NVR system. Can you please escalate my issue to the tech team to assist?

@Davepl86 I have same issue with Dahua NVR, after the update. I hope this will be solved, the camera worked realy well before the update.

I have a Tapo TC40. Same issue - no PTZ controls with 1.3.1.
I read somewhere, that TC40 is the same as C500. So could this fw update be a solution?

Amazing customer support! New fw has been set for my TC40 camera, then updated through Tapo app. ONVIF PTZ controls, zones now working.
