TAPO C125 & C325 Brand new can only be controlled only locally
Brand new out of the box camera can only be controlled only localy.
I have another two of them that are not connected yet.
I have tried all the steps including changing the DNS and with other WiFi network. It is the same

What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The model number of your wireless router.
2. The LED status on the camera when it can be controlled locally.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 716382+the MAC address of your camera" via a private message.

Hi,
Your four cameras are able to be controlled remotely according to the MAC address provided, and I didn't make any changes.
If you can't control your camera remotely, please check:
1. Make sure your Tapo app is up to date.
2. Try to use a different phone to control the camera.
3. Try to connect your phone to a different Wi-Fi network or use another SIM card provider.
4. Are the cameras displayed offline status on the Tapo app remotely?

I have attached 4 picture:
GMS_Cam1 - It is OK working locally and remotely,
GMS_Cam2 - It is NOT OK, can be controlled only locally.
Both cameras are side by side and are connected to the same Wifi network. Have almost the same settings and have identical HW version, and FIrmware.
I also attached a picture of the app when I'm connected localy to the Wifi and another one when I'm connected via 5G.
