Hi! We have this around 6 months and has been working fine and we really rated it until it stopped working properly about four weeks ago. It now does not work well on carpet and hard floor. It goes forward then jumps twice off each wheel and then goes back wards.
Does this need to go in to be investigated and fixed? We have done a deep clean, new main brush side brush and filter, changed the dustbin, re mapped, done a whole house clean and factory reset it and it is still not working. Help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
