Can only get 640x360 on RTSP with C200

Hi!

I have been trying to get a RTSP stream to a raspberry pi 4, Ubuntu MATE 64 bit. I have gotten it to work with both VLC and KODI, but I have trouble with the video resolution. Both on stream 1 and 2 I only get 640x360.

I don't have any other stream than on my phone thru the app and my raspberry pi.

I hope that someone has a solution to this problem.

Hi,
You can check if the following steps will help.
1. Please go to the Tapo app > Camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, and set the resolution to the highest one.
2. If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your camera, log out of the Tapo app on your phone, reboot the camera, and then check if you can watch the camera via RTSP stream in high resolution.
