Camera offline away from home

Hello!

I can't seem to connect to my camera now that I have left home. It was online when I left but I couldn't turn off privacy mode.

Now it is saying the camera is offline and I can't turn it back on. I am unable tl connect to the device's network aswell.

I have to to realise I don't think i set it up properly for away use as it worked fine when I was at home. I was in a rush leaving the house and didn't think to check if I needed to do anything to access it away from home.

Is there any way I can fix this without access to the camera?

Hi,
Typically, if the camera is configured successfully and connected to our cloud server, you can control it remotely via the Tapo app. Please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to control the camera remotely.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

You can change some settings on the router and check if they help. If the problem remains, please confirm:
1. The MAC address of your camera. You can send me the MAC address via a private message.
2. The LED status on the camera.
3. The model number of your router. Do you have internet when connecting to the router?
