there is no camera inside the portal site to choose, how to get rid of this problem ?

@rayray13668 one more point is my connection to camera has no problem because I can watch it via my mobile tplink IPcam app. Then firmware is the latest one. Already make a subscription of tapo care 30 days free trial with full function with these 30 days. And I do not prefer to re-add the camera again inside the tplink ipcam app. Many thx

It's normal that you can't see the camera inside the portal site, the site you sent is used to subscribe to the Tapo Care plan.
a. If you can manage the Tapo camera on the Tapo app, please go to the Tapo app > Me page to confirm the TP-Link account the camera is bound to.
b. On the website(https://tapo.tplinkcloud.com/tapo_web/), please log in with your TP-Link account. If you have subscribed to a Tapo Care service successfully, on the Tapo app > Tapo Care page, you can find the subscribed Tapo Care plan.
How can I subscribe to a Tapo Care Plan?
c. Then you can refer to the instructions below to add your camera to that subscription.
How to add new cameras to my Tapo Care plan
Since your camera enjoys the Tapo Care Trial service now, it's recommended to subscribe to the Tapo Care after the Tapo Care Trial service expires.
