Recording time
Recording Length
Upto 22/12/24 when the camera recorded minor events the recording length was 1min 17secs . Since that date recordings are only 14 secs.
There was a firmware update around this time. Was this changed in the update. Is there someway to change this recording length

Hi I have noticed this also on my Tapo C510W it seems to be after the the firmware update, how do we get back to more time on recordings

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Send us the model number and MAC address of the camera. You can send me(@Solla-topee) "Forum ID 731762+ MAC address" via a private message.
2. Do you have a problem when recording the video to the SD card or cloud server?
3. Please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Detection page, and send us pictures of the enabled detection types pages and the detection zone page.
4. Could you please send us the video showing the reported issue?
(You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and then send me the link via a private message)

not sure how to do what you want I still have the problem with only recording for 13-15 seconds only since the update.
