I have just moved house and trying to connect my 2 tapo c310 outdoor cameras to the new network. But the camera just blink a red light constantly, even after reset! They will not blink red and green so I van connect to new network WiFi! I ended up deleting both cameras from devices on app as would not let me change the connectivity that way so thought adding as new would help but all I get is the red light! Please help

Hi,
You can try the following steps and check if they will help.
1. Connect the camera to your router by an ethernet cable and then reconfigure the camera.
2. If the camera can be configured successfully, remove the camera from the Tapo app to factory reset it.
3. Disconnect the camera to the router and reconfigure the camera to connect it to the new Wi-Fi network.
