Model: Tapo C210
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I bought the bundle of 2 Tapo C210 units on Amazon. When setting up one of them, an update was prompted that left it on version 1.4.4 and it works perfectly, but the second unit didn't update, it is on version 1.3.11 and has fewer functions than the other. I've tried deleting the camera in the Tapo app, resetting the camera using the reset button and reconfiguring it, also connected it to another network and nothing. I don't understand why one unit updates while the other doesn't if they are exactly the same camera. Any solution?

  @Andres_F

Facing the exact same problem. Bought the bundle pack and one got updated while the other didn't.

As per the company, the release is being gradually pushed and that we have to wait. Not sure how long though!

Also, couldn't understand the logic if in a bundle there are 2 devices with same hardware version v2, why would both not be updated together via the app.

Hi,

@Andres_F  The new firmware for the Tapo C210 V2 is being released gradually, please wait for the new firmware to be fully released patiently.

@Ron1987   We don't have detailed information about the firmware release logic, but it is clear that the firmware release logic of the camera won't judge whether the camera belongs to a bundle.

Best Regards
