Tc82 Firmware Update
Hi all
No big deal really but I purchased a Tc82 at the weekend. Really liked it so bought the Tc82 kit for the rear of the property.
The tc82 kit has received the 1.03 firmware the same day but the first purchased camera hasn't.
Any ideas why that might me?

On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, please confirm the hardware version of your two TC82 first.

It's glad to hear the news.
Typically, we will release the new firmware to the cameras gradually, if the cameras have the same model and hardware version, but some detect the new firmware and some do not, please wait patiently for the new firmware to be released to the cameras.
