I have a C110 camera set up to my home wifi normally. If the wifi is down, is there anyway I can setup the camera to connect to my phone's hotspot automatically ? without resetting the camera itself.

Hi,
You can try to set your phone's hotspot Wi-Fi to have the same Wi-Fi name, password, and security type as your home Wi-Fi, then check if the camera will reconnect to it without resetting the camera.
And please try to reboot the camera if it's not reconnected automatically.
