Hi,

 

i have installed c310 camera in my house inside the lounge. I have permitted access to someone where we have our power socket due to a need.

 I doubt the person switch off the electricity connection for short while in order to disconnect camera.

 

is there any possibility to find out that what time duration the camera was offline without electricity connection?

Hi,
The Tapo C310 does not have a feature to clarify if the camera goes offline because of a power outage.

 

However, if you have an SD card inserted into the camera, you can enable the continuous recording feature on the Tapo app and then the camera will store the video recordings to the SD card. Usually, the camera's recording feature will work even if it loses internet connection. If the camera goes offline because of a power outage, no video recordings will be stored on the SD card.
How can I view continuous recordings of Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
