Hello every time I try to add my device I can only get as far as connecting to WiFi and it can't find my WiFi I've checked it's 2.4ghz and I've tried adding manually either way it can't find it I've tried a hard reset same thing happens

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
1. Please list the troubleshooting you did.
2. What's the model number of your router? Please set different Wi-Fi names for 2.4G and 5G if possible.
3. Can the camera detect other Wi-Fi networks when configuring it?
