I’m having an issue with the person detection feature in the integration of my C510 camera with Alexa. In the Tapo app, the person detection feature works perfectly, but on Alexa, the option to receive specific alerts for person movements does not appear.

I found a topic on the TP-Link forum (link) mentioning that this feature might only be available for Alexa accounts in the U.S. However, I’m a user in Brazil and would really like to use this functionality on my account.
 

Is anyone else facing the same issue? Could the Tapo team provide guidance on whether there’s a solution or a timeline for making this feature available for Alexa accounts in Brazil?
