Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the model number of your camera?
2. How about the LED status on the camera? Is the camera displayed offline on the Tapo app?
3. What's the model number of the router that the camera connects to? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's Wi-Fi?
