Luces rojas fijas

Al insertar una tarjeta de memoria, mientras la iniciaba ha dado un error. A partir de aquí las luces rojas laterales están fijas, pinchando el Reset no suena ni hace nada, el app dice que está desconectado y ahora ni la identifica.
Hemos eliminado el.dispositico para volver a configurarlo y las luces no cambian y no puedo hacer nada.

Is the system LED on your camera solid red and does not respond to reset? If so, please try the following steps.
1. Please remove the microSD card from the camera. Ensure the camera is powered by the original power adapter that comes with the camera. Then reboot the camera and wait for two minutes.
2. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it, does the system LED change on the camera? If not, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
3. If the LED changes to flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure it.

Ya he quitado la tarjeta e intentado reiniciar y siguen las luces rojas. Y no, no está en garantía. Eso quiere decir que no hay solución? Se ha averiado la cámara sólo por meter la tarjeta SD? Sin duda es un gravisimo error.

Hi,
Have you tried to factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds? If not, please have a try.
Typically, inserting an SD card into the camera won't brick the camera.
