There's no color on c200 even with light or in the day. I have already rebooted the camera and upgraded firmware.

i realised both C200 have the same issue (I have two installed).

Hi,
On the Tapo C200's live view page, please check if you have selected the Night mode rather than Auto or Day mode. If so, change the video mode to Day mode or Auto mode when the ambient light is sufficient and check if the camera will display a colorful image. 


We suggest selecting Auto mode on the camera's Live View page, then the camera will switch to Day or Night mode automatically according to the ambient light conditions.
