Firmware Version:

Internet WiFi is very good. Tapo showing green..but in app is not live streaming..many try but not working 

 

Please do the needful

Hi,
1. Please ensure the Tapo app and the camera's firmware version are up to date.

 

2. You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the problem remains.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
 

3. Can you send us a video showing the reported issue?
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
