Tapocare Issue | Subscribed for 1month Premium however I cannot add my camera

I need your help/advice. I've just installed my camera/s today and subscribed to the TapoCare 1-month premium subscription for 1 camera, but I am unable to add any of my active cameras as they not showing on the list

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please ensure your cameras can be controlled locally and remotely.
2. Have you logged in to the Tapo app with the TP-Link account you subscribe to the Tapo Care service?
3. Are you the owner of the Tapo Cameras? If the Tapo cameras are shared by their owner, it's unable to add them to your Tapo Care plan.
4. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your TP-Link account and camera's MAC address via a private message for further analysis.
