Geofencing working only for a few days

Hi all,
I have a Tapo C210 camera and a Google Pixel 7 phone updated to the latest Android version 15. The Tapo app has all the necessary permissions regarding location. I have geofencing enabled in the app and the Precice Location enabled with accuracy set to High.
The Tapo notification icon is always present on the top of the screen and the Android battery optimization is disabled for the Tapo app.
When I create the two automations for arrive/leave home, those two work correctly for a couple of days at most, then they just stop working. If I delete those two automations and the recreate them, they usually start working again for one/two days.
Any ideas?

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Send me the pictures of the Smart Action > Geofencing automation entries.
2. When the Geofencing entries do not work, on the Tapo app > Smart > History page, please find the history of the Geofencing entries and send us a picture showing the failed message.
3. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message.

@Solla-topee Sorry for the late reply. I'll send you the requested pictures ASAP, but I want to stress that there's no error on the history of the smart actions, they just not trigger except for the first few days after creating them.

@Solla-topee Hi, some time ago I wrote to your colleagues of tp-link support, and they replied me to install a "debug" version of the TAPO app (that they sent me), and when the problem occurs, I'll have to send them the debug log via a special procedure they explained me. So just a few minutes ago I have uninstalled the official TAPO app and installed the debug one. In the next few days, when the problem will occur, I'll send them the debug log and send you the date and time of the problem. Of course I won't be able to give you exact time, since there's no way for me to know when exactly I've crossed (entered or leaved) the geofence.
By the way, you asked me to write you the MAC address of my cam, but I'm worried that by doing that you (or someone else) will be able to see my live feed :-) . Could yu please explain why you need that MAC address?

Hi,
It's unable to watch the camera's live view after knowing its MAC address. Typically, only the person who has the TP-Link account the camera is bound to can log in to the Tapo app to watch the camera's live feed.
If you have contacted our tech support via email, it's suggested to follow up on this case with our tech team.

@Postik I've been in contact with the excellent tp-link support team, I've used a debug tapo app for a while, sending them the logs. They've solved the problem (at least for my case) and released a new "official" (that is, not debug) version (3.12.505) of the app that is now available in the Google play app store.
