Motion Detection Notification but no recordings
None of my c420 or my D230 are recording motion, I get notifications that there is motion detected, but nothing is recorded, this all worked until a couple of days ago.
Also live view has also stopped working recently, it use to work just took ages, now it looking like it is doing something the just show "Retry".
Anyone got any ideas, I have contacted Technical Support twice with videos but no response...

Try to restart the hub and format the sd card.
Do you see the events listed on the playback page? The videos can't be played? Or is it empty on the playback page?

@Wayne-TP yeah that was no help at all. I even bought a new micro sd card, but still nothing. Well not strictly true I get the occasional 0:00 "video" on one of the cameras but nothing on the other. Also nothing recorded from the D230 doorbell, all devices are scheduled to record 24/7 so it's not that...

Exactly the same issue here. Tried everything that was suggested. Get notifications but no recordings.

What's the model, hardware, and firmware version of your camera and the hub? Do you use an SD card for local recording, or do you have a Tapo Care subscription for cloud videos?
