Faulty Lens on C352WB

I bought a C325WB back in May last year (2024), and in the last few months, it's started to show waht I can only think is a fault in the internal lens.
It started off with just a couple of curved lines in the corners, and has now evolved to what it seen below.
I didn't really notice it much as I normally have the privacy screen covering this area (which I removed for this photo), it just looks down on our drive / car.
Is this a Hardware fault? If I need to return it fine, but I need a replacement to cover the car / drive, before I send it back.

1. Please wipe the lens with a clean cloth, make sure the lens is clean.
2. Try to restart the camera to see if there is any change.
3. If the problem remains, you can try to contact the retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

im having the exact same issue. This is the second 325WB that does it. Any suggestions?
unfortunately I don't have time to initiate a warranty process as this is in my mums property and I'm travelling in a few days.
