Décalage dans l'enregistrement

Depuis la mise à jour du logiciel. J'ai une gros décalage dans les enregistrements des détections.
Exemple :
Détections de mouvement à 13h.
Impossible de voir la vidéo.
Il lance la vidéo de la précédente détection.
Cela fait 3 ans que je l'utilise et le soucis est depuis hier, suite à la montee de version

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please ensure your Tapo app is up to date. If not, uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall it for a try.
2. Do you mean after you receive a detection notification and tap it soon, you can't see the corresponding video recordings, and you are guided to the camera's Live View page? Usually, you can wait 2-3 minutes and then check if you can watch the corresponding video recordings.
3. How long do you need to wait to watch the corresponding video recordings after receiving a detection notification?

@Solla-topee j'ai le même soucis. Dans l'écran de prévisualition, la mini image est la bonne mais quand je clique dessus pour voir la séquence vidéo, je vois la précédente et impossible donc d'afficher la dernière détection.

On a donc un décalage d'une vidéo

Hi,
You can go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page to check if your SD card is full.
If so, you can try to back up the important video recordings to your PC and then format the SD card for a try if you don't mind.
Please send me a video showing the reported issue if you want to further analyze the case. You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
