i can view our camera using rtsp mode in vlc using same network pc/camera but when i try to view outside our network is not working so i want to know what is that port forwarding and is that possible to view our camera with different network

Hi,
The Tapo camera uses the following ports for RTSP/ONVIF:
ONVIF Service Port: 2020
RTSP Service Port: 554

You can use your router's port forwarding feature to allow external devices to access the public IP and reach the camera. Below are the instructions to set up port forwarding feature on the TP-Link router. If you have a TP-Link router and need further assistance, it's suggested to start a new thread here.
