Hi, can someone help me configure my Router since neither my Tapo C101 nor my C325WB are finding my 2.4 WiFi while in the configuration?
At first my C325WB did find it but after a firmware update then I had to restore it and it does not find the Wifi.
Since bouth cameras find other wifi it must be something on my router.

What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the suggestions do not work, you can try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if you can set it up successfully.
