Heres a weird one.

 

I have about twelve Cameras, mainly C100 and a couple of TC70. 

 

They are all connected to my main Wifi network. However I decided to try and use the IoT Wifi for a couple of cameras. They connected OK but after several days they disconnect themselves. They are perfectly fine on my main WiFi.

 

Anyone know or been here?

 

I did want to move all cameras to the IoT network but it seems it won't work for more than a couple of days!

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the camera keeps going offline.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going Offline?
 

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. What's the LED status on the camera when it's offline? 
  2. When the camera is working, please check the RSSI value of the Wi-Fi signal strength.
  3. The model number of the Wi-Fi router and your network topology. Are the cameras connected to your router's Wi-Fi rather than another AP/RE?
  4. Are the cameras connected to the IoT network disconnected from Wi-Fi simultaneously?
  5. How do you recover the connection? By rebooting the camera?
