Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hi,

I recently powered on my TP Link C200 and while it was working for a while it is now stuck with the four night mode lights on permanently.

I have tried to press the reset button for 5 seconds (and longer) however this does not get any response from the device.

It is not broadcating an SSID for setting up with the app.

Power cycling the device does not boot properly but goes straight back to showing the night mode lights.

Hi,
You can check if the suggestions in the following instructions will be helpful.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

If the problem remains, you can contact your retailer or our local team to check if your camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
