Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 250211 Rel. 61568n

We have a new camera that was set up and patrol mode was working. For no obvious reason it now doesn't patrol when set to patrol mode on. Camera moves fine manually. Patrol is turned on, i have truned off and on to see if that resets it but now joy. Also tried a reboot, this hasnt helped.

Can you offer any soloution?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. How do you judge if the patrol mode does not work?
2. Can you see the prompt message "Patrol Mode is on" on the camera's live view page after turning on the patrol mode?
3. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt > Patrol Mode page and send us a picture of this page and a picture of the Patrol Mode Schedule page.
