I am looking for a camera that will support the following:

  1. Get energy from solar panel
  2. SIM based upload to cloud storage - when new file is posted to the cloud, an event should be fired and call my software.
  3. Data should be uploaded with a unique camera id
  4. Motion detection - take video only when a significant motion happend
  5. Outdoors - handle sun,cold,rain
  6. Price <= 200$

Hi,
Currently, we do not have a camera that can meet your requirements. 

 

1. We now only have the Tapo C501GW and TC40GW support to insert SIM card to go to the internet. However, they may not meet your other requirements, such as they do not support working with solar panels, and we do not have the price info(usually, you can go to the online stores or local shops to see a camera's price). 
 

2. Our cameras are all identified by a unique MAC address. If you subscribe to the Tapo Care service, only detection video clips can be saved on our cloud server for up to 7/30 days(based on the subscribed Tapo Care plan).

 

3. You can try to go to this page to filter Tapo Cameras that you may interested in.
