Recorded Video Clips Lagging

When I play recorded clips from my Tapo C530WS camera on my smartphone, they always lag. I have a Wi-Fi extender near the camera, and the Wi-Fi signal in the app is completely green.
Do I need a better smartphone or a better router? I have an old Wi-Fi 4 router and a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G smartphone.
50mbps Internet.

Please confirm the following information if you need further assistance.
1. Do you have the same issue when watching the camera's live feed?
2. What's the Tapo app version installed on your phone?
3. Do you have a problem when playing the cloud video clips or the video clips stored on your SD card? If you have a problem when watching the video clips stored on the SD card, please remove the SD card from your camera, connect it to your PC, and check if you can watch the video clips smoothly on your PC.
4. Please send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
