You can check if the following tips are helpful.
  1. Please ensure the Tapo app and the camera's firmware are up to date.

  2. You can turn off the camera, turn it back on, and check if it helps.

  3. Try a different phone if you have one.

  4. Go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page, tap Pan & Tilt Correction, and check if the camera will Pan & Tilt. If so, try to Pan/Tilt the camera manually after Pan & Tilt Correction and check if it helps.
