I've charged my doorbell for only the second time and when removing the doorbell it's broken the clip in the backing plate. I don't want to send the whole item back is there anyway or anywhere I can get a replacement backing plate?

the clip seems really weak too, ever since installing. Seems to be a design flaw.

Hi,
In the following video at 1:28, you can see how to remove the battery from the doorbell. Usually, the correct operation will not break the clip on the camera's back plate. In your case, we recommend that you contact our local team to confirm whether you can get a replacement for the back plate only.
