Tapo C200 camera privacy mode

C200 Tapo camera keeps going into privacy mode.
any suggestions plse?

Hi,
If the Privacy Mode turns on automatically, please check the following information.
1. Go to the Tapo app > Cameras tab > Home Mode or Away Mode to check if your camera is included. If so, check if the privacy mode is enabled. If it is, tapping the Home Mode or Away Mode on the Tapo app, the preset configurations will apply to your camera, and the Privacy Mode will be turned on.
2. Go to the Tapo app > Smart tab > Automation page to check if there are entries to turn on the Privacy Mode of your camera. If so, remove or disable the entries for a try.
