This message is regarding charging of premium service charges for cloud in free trial period. 

Activated cloud camera for one device and changed to two devices today. Now I got a message on debited message of Rs. 3050 which is on free trial period.

Hi,
We provide a one-time 30-day free trial of the Tapo Care services for each Tapo camera, and this service won't be charged. You can refer to Q3 in the following link to enable the Tapo Care free trial plan, and this service is not enabled automatically.

If you have been charged, it should be you subscribed to the Tapo Care premium plan rather than enabled the Tapo Care free trial plan.
