My camera only records for a short time approximately 15 to 30 seconds

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page to check its firmware and hardware version.
2. Have you stored video recordings on our cloud server, an SD card inserted into the camera, or an SD card inserted into a Tapo hub?
3. Are all video clips only 15s-30s long? Can you send us a video to check?
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
