Person detection tracking without mention detection
Tracking cannot be used without mention detection (such message is displayed when trying)
Can you please make this possible.
I want to detect and track person, but only person not any mention of anything like trees cars etc...

Hi,
It's suggested to contact your retailer to check if you can change the Tapo C510W to Tapo C520WS or C530WS if you want the feature to track a person only.

I would have buy a C520 if I knew that c510 cannot do person tracking when c520 can.
But check your site please it is misleading since there is not surch info.
Now I cannot change camera and I'm stuck with something I cannot use the way I want.
Can t you do a sw enhancement for c510?

Unfortunately I already bought and installed a C510W so I cannot change it now...
But I really need such feature because during motion tracking the camera directly get stuck tracking trees mouvement because of wind (my place is very windy) even with a very low level detection.
I'm also considering to exclude the trees from zone detection (another thread) but unfortunately again C510W zone motion detection does not work when tracking motion is working so I'm stuck again....
Any idea of what I could do? I mean instead of buying another camera and garbage this one.
