Model: Tapo C420S2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Having problems with Wi-Fi signal to camera's it's very poor

Suggestions to strengthen signal no fiber connection only on WiFi. Maybe New router or modem if so suggestions please preferably a TP link product

Also cameras very slow to wake if not don't wake at all

Just recently 1 camera is not detecting anything although on live feed it is okay just no notifications. Camera is situated correctly and was ok previously all of a sudden no detection or notifications

Your help and suggestions would be appreciated please

Thank You so much 😊

Be aware that the Tapo C420 is connected to the H200 hub, not to the router. If the camera signal is weak, shorten the distance between the camera and the hub. Hub's signal will affect camera's performance in a certain way, if your hub is connected to router through wifi, be sure to check the hub's signal strength.
